Attack SMEs: SMEs in focus

Small and medium-sized businesses determine the structure of the economy of Lower Saxony:

* Statistically 99.6% of companies in Lower Saxony are SMEs.
* About 71.5% of the social security of workers employed in SMEs in Lower Saxony.
* Small-and medium-sized enterprises play a crucial role in learning: more than 78% of trainees being trained for SMEs.

The political economy of Lower Saxony, has always been more political than anything the small and medium-sized enterprises.

This will give SMEs the importance they deserve. Economic policy is focused and target the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In addition to questions relating to individual companies, sectors and locations, there are a number of issues that cross political and economic importance of SMEs. This priority, in order to reduce the costs of removing barriers and providing concrete support for the strengthening of a sustainable business.
